While we do not have knowledge of the complaint that is being stated here that is very well because this business was recently acquired and former employees are no longer present to gain details of these accusations stated
We do not have any requests from a *** *** for any router or any hardware that would belong to them. But if in fact something is owed to them by the former company, please simply have them send me an email at this address and I would be more than happy to investigate further for them and resolve to ensure satisfaction

[redacted] and Revdex.com,Thank you for responding to this.  Can you please give me your phone number?  The only number I have is ###-###-#### which is [redacted]'s cell number and the number on the Prolumen website which still forwards to [redacted].  That number is ###-###-####.  I don't know how you can be getting any business if the number still forwards to the old owner.The website has not been updated.  Directory Assistance still has the old number listed. I need to speak to a person.  I have not, despite dozens of phone calls (which lead to [redacted]) and emails requests, SPOKEN to a person. I sent requests to [redacted] since January 28th and never received a call.  There were some emails that were responded to via email in the early going but from mid February until we finally gave up in mid March we have not had one word of communication and still have not received our router back. The Router in question was a Layer 2 Cisco ASA Router.I want a phone call from a real person from Prolumen.  My number is ###-###-####.Thank you, [redacted]

Review: Our association with Prolumen and it's owner [redacted] has been difficult and frustrating at best. The customer service was slow and ineffective in most cases. Our IT and IT security depended on his expertise and timely service. We often got neither. We were always given excuses as to why updates or repairs were not done, he would do only the bare minimum on site and leave without anyone even knowing, and we were on the phone or sending emails for help at least 3 days a week for one thing or another for two years. This past January, our router was having problems (supposedly) and he came to do a diagnostic on it and after he began this process he was unable to bring our internet and email capability back. He took the commercial grade router so it could be assessed by his "Network Engineers" and for over 6 weeks we were without the connectivity that we needed to run our company. Excuse after excuse was given as to why it was taking so long. In the meantime he replaced the router with a home grade Netgear router valued at less than half the value of the one he took. It turns out that the original router was not the problem at all. It was a settings issue. We never got the router back, never got the problem resolved, had to hire a new IT company to fix the problems and then to top it all off, he supposedly "sold the company". So we never heard from him again. He has not returned our router. Our new IT company when doing a site survey to correct all of the problems [redacted] caused determined that we had NO ANTIVIRUS protection on our server. We also were operating at 95% of our processing capability thus explaining our horrible processing speeds and worst of all, our backup hard drive had NOTHING ON IT. It was never configured to do backups. When virus protection software was installed on our server, there were over 100 viruses found and deleted. It is a minor miracle that we hadn't lost our data working with this incompetent and unprofessional company.Desired Settlement: In addition to this complaint being listed on the Revdex.com site, we want our router back.
