Review: I ordered 2 formal dresses on 10/*/14 from Promoutfitters.com and received them damaged on 10/* (paid for 3 day shipping) and immediately called and reported damage on both dresses at which time I was sent a return shipping label and that I would be refunded to my [redacted]. They did not have any merchandise to replace this with! They received the returned merchandise on the 10/**/14 and I was sent a Credit Memo # [redacted] for Order # [redacted] with information stating that my [redacted] ending in [redacted] would be credited, via email. One week later, I was told that they had done everything on their part and that it must be on the fault of [redacted] so I filed a dispute with [redacted] and they received information back from the [redacted] - [redacted] - stating that I would only get a store credit. After speaking to him personally on 12/**/14 and he suggested that I reopen another case with [redacted] and that he would allow the funds to be refunded. I did this as suggested...twice...and still no refund. I emailed him with the paperwork that he asked me for regarding the disputes and I provided it for him. To date, 3 weeks later, he has ignored phone calls, emails and has not refunded my [redacted]. I have all documentation with order #'s, dates, return dates, credit memo #'s and documentation from [redacted] stating that he would refund my [redacted]. He is, I am certain, hoping I will just go away. It is a $364.99 purchase that I no longer have in my possession but he has also taken away the store credit and made it a 0 balance from the company. I have all email documentation with his electronic signature. It was bad enough to not have merchandise to replace it with but also wasted the $36 shipping fee that he said I could not have refunded. I accepted that and believed that he would refund me for the purchase as he promised verbally and via email.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund, as promised by the [redacted] of the company, in the form of crediting my [redacted] in the amount of $364.99.
