said the consumer decided to go this route to save moneyDan said he took measurements and determined the rotors could be cutDan also said entry level brake pads were used to further save the consumer money and keep her within her budgetDan said the consumer visited their shop twice after her initial work was done, he said she reported squeaking noises both times, however, they were never able to get the noise to duplicate.Dan said the first time the consumer came back to their shop she said the noise was in the back and the second time she said the noise was in the frontDan said they made adjustments to the brakes all around and assured the consumer that her car was 100% safe to driveDan said he even offered to credit the consumer the amount she paid for her entry level pads so she could get dealer pads instead; Dan said the consumer declined to pay the additional $to get the dealer pads

with Mr. [redacted] in regards to the complaint that was logged with the "Revdex.com". Ralph explained what we were able to determine at the time Mr. Voluds car was in our possession. Ralph explained that at the time we had with the car we were not able to replicate the complain but we could read the data that was stored in the computer. Heisley Tire was not give permission by Mr. [redacted] to go any further to determine the cause for his complaint. We left off with the opinion that Mr. [redacted] transmission was the cause for his concerns. Mr. Voice was not satisfied with our opinion so he took his car to a transmission shop for further testing. After a few days at a transmission shop they were able to determine that a voltage problem within the alternator was the cause for the computer and transmission malfunctions. Mr. [redacted] proceeded to call Heisley and demand we install his own alternator on his car free of charge. We told Mr. [redacted] that we would not supply his free labor do to the fact we were never given the chance to fully diagnose his car. Mr. [redacted] was never charged for any diagnosis due to the fact we never came up with a definite diagnosis or was never given permission to perform diagnostic procedures and charge him. Our standard diagnostic charge is $89.95. As a result to Mr. [redacted]’s visit on 8/11/16, we Heisley lire discussed the matter and Mr. [redacted] was satisfied with what we had to say. Also Mr. [redacted] signed and dated the attached letter stating that he was satisfied with our service and that he takes back the negative comments he made in a letter to you the "Revdex.com". Sincerely, Ralph G[redacted] Jr.
