To whom it may concern, Good afternoon! We received a letter regarding Mr*** *** this week, and we have been working to get the issue correctedIt seems as though the last time he tried to contact us our tech team was being run by different employees. We have found the
old claim and are sending new magazines to Mr***They will be leaving 8/29/2016.If this new product does not satisfy Mr*** we would be happy to issue a refund.Thank youPayton
