Review: dear Revdex.com I hired this contractor to turn my garage into a office space , I told him([redacted]) who claims hes [redacted] of this company promas construction I would buy all material, and just pay for labor I received a quote 3000, down payment 1500 ,(10-*-2014) I accepted , on the morning of buy the material from home depot, [redacted] and two of his men picked up all material, before I got to the home depot , which was not the plan, but he claims he was trying to save me time,when I got to home depot everything was all ready at the register said [redacted] why didnt you wait for me? [redacted] stated this is all your material , I wanted to save you time , the bill was 1400 which was definetly kind of high for my project, I noticed that there were two bags tied up to the front cart, I noticed a cutting saw and other items, I asked [redacted] are those my items he said no.. we then checked out [redacted] packed the items in his truck , and we proceeded to my home to start the job,, after calling home depot and going over the bill then checking items I noticed that [redacted] had charged included a lot of items on my invoice that were of no relation to my job, tools etc and that saw I saw in the bag , I went to the police station where they told me it was a civil matter and I should work it out with my contractor , when I confronted [redacted] he was upset and became vicious , I asked him to refund me my money and return the items he refusedDesired Settlement: please help me, im desperate to get my money back I have a receipt and statements from home depots associate stating he brought those items up and concealed them in bags, I need my money back and for people to be able to no that he is far from honest and is actually defrauding customers I feel like stressed, im tired of calling his phone and pleading for what is actually mine. can some one help me
