This letter is in response to a complaint filed on 6/22/D ***Ms*** purchased our product via a third party seller on October 15, 2015.On February 16,Ms*** contacted our office asking for technical support because the product was no longer workingWe instructed Ms***
to send the product to our office and we would evaluate the unit to determine if it was a manufacturer defectWe evaluated the unit and determined that one side had a loose connectionAlthough this is not a manufacturer defect we replaced the product with a brand new unit on March 1, as a gesture of good will.On April 19, Ms*** contacted our office again claiming the second unit was not workingWe asked her to return the unit to us, as this is highly unusual, but we were willing to examine the unitWe received the product on April 21, and it was evaluatedIt was apparent that the unit had been mishandled and appeared as if it had been subjected to moistureWe contacted MS*** and informed her of our findings, it was not a manufacturing defect and we were returning the product to her.We are enclosing copies of our correspondence with Ms***Upon reading the emails you can see that we tried to accommodate Ms*** and were sympathetic to her needs.Thank you for your time and consideration in this matterSincerely,Tracey M***ProMed Specialties
