Potential critical care Mishandling
Having had a history of ITP usually landing me in the hospital, I had an early symptom of a blood blister in my mouth friday evening. Knowing I need a CBC test in these cases I went to the hospital to get one and was turned away without a doctor order in the system. By monday the blister was gone but I asked for a doctor order via mychart to get the CBC test. Mychart response was to get an appointment. Tuesday I called to get an appointment but was facing an answer machine. When called back discussed the situation and was referred to triage again facing an answering machine that never responded.

For a potentially significant condition of low platelets, a person could die waiting for service. My complaint is unexpected lack of caring in the system dealing with poor communication between persons and departments when all I need is a test to get my blood status to know if I may be in trouble. There is no reason the only avenue to get attention is the emergency room.

We paid $on February 22nd, as a deposit on a fence installationThe contract states it would be done within 4-weeksThe [redacted] ***, told us on March 31, that the [redacted] passed away March 17th, 2017, as we had not heard anything regarding the installationWe later found out he [redacted] She also stated that the [redacted] or [redacted]  of the ***, would be in touch with those people that had made depositsAs of today April 25, we have not heard a wordWe've made numerous attempts to call the phone number, which now has a new voice mail stating you have reached [redacted] with [redacted] Fence We have also attempted to email the company and it bounces backing stating "fatal errors", which means they shut it down

We contracted Forever Fence to replace our gateThey gave us a cost of $and required a deposit of $which we paid by check and they cashed the check This was the week of February We were advised that it would take 3-weeks for delivery During this time the *** passed awayThey will not answer our calls or return our calls or emailsWe have not received our money back or a new gate

Dealing with Forever Fence has been a nightmareThey installed a very costly fence with a supposedly life time warranty several years ago that has been nothing but trouble shortly after installedThe company did return and made a few repairs but after that nothingThe fence was severally damage in a storm several years ago and tried to contact them and all you get is leave a message on voice mail which they never returnFinally, after several months had passed they finally returned our call and setup an appointmentCage arrived and reviewed the damage and told us he couldn’t repair the fence since the manufacturer was out of business and parts were unattainableHe could replace the fence with a different fence at costHe proved a quote which we told him that we need time to get the money together which he agreedSeveral months later, we tried calling on the cellphone number he gave us, it was discountedTried calling the office, same as before, voice mailThis has been going on now for over a year and still no return callMy advice is look for another fence company who will stand behind their produce

A deposit was taken for fencing and no further communication occurredWe paid a deposit for the materials and then followed up after the 4-weeks in the contract and was told they would need to look up the paperwork, then got disconnectedCalled several times again and couldn't get someone to answer the phoneCalled from another number and someone answered the phone immediately saying the *** had passedSaid they would text over the numbers of the people currently dealing with his business, was never sent a textCurrently will not return phone callsCould not find an obituary for the ***But, there is a *** page asking for money for funeral expenses

You signed a contract with my *** for a fence to be installed on 3/14/with the *** and put down 60% of the agreed priced
They were advised that someone would contact them to start within 4-weeksWe now find out that the *** passed away day after he cashed my *** check
Then find out he was in financial troubleNo one will call my *** back and return their moneyThe *** pocketed all the money from them and the other clients

Forever Fence has been nothing but hassle and poor serviceI ordered and partially paid in December They finally came out in March only to install the wrong size gate I still do not have my gate installed properlyThere is a foot gap in the "puppy proof" gateI cannot get my calls returnedVery disappointed in the lack of professionalism by not returning calls and finishing the job
