I have taken the CNA exam on Oct 23rd 2015, I have failed the exam due to the peritineal care I feel that it is unfair because I have studied all the skills and have practicedI was also not feeling well the day of the test I was suffering from migraine headaches, whitch causes me to have memory loss and slow reflexesAs of today I'm medically fine and heathy but on the test day I feel it had affected me Also the instructor was not paying attention and had not even watch me perform the skill she only seen me at the end I feel it's unfair that I failedI payed for the exam I have sent a appeal to Prometric about this and they said they sent a response but I never received one

Contacting customer service over the phone is completely impossible, yet required to confirm test details!!! I have scheduled myself to take the CNOR exam through prometric.com 3 weeks ago. I have been trying to reschedule my exam for 4 days now and cannot reach a single human being through the phone number (1-800-896-6037) provided on their website. I've been kept on hold for 30 minutes every time I call which is now totally 7 times. No one has time for this and it is completely absurd. There is no other number to call and no other way to reschedule my exam! The website gives the ability to reschedule online but is asking for a Confirmation/Tracking number that I do not have. I tried to reach the credentialing institute that provides the exam but she informed me they have nothing to do with the scheduling therefore I NEED to talk to these people at prometric and I cannot reach anyone.

Prometric does not refund any money for cancelled tests and does not adequately notify the applicant I requested a refund for a test that was cancelled within hours It took them over two weeks to respond that the cancellation policy is located in the candidate information bulletin, which I cannot locate on their website When I requested additional information they responded with "Thank you for your input", which does not even address any of my issues or questions
