For the past few weeks I have been trying to reach Promevo to have a problem solved for a product I received from them They have failed to solve this problem in a timely manner and also failed to return my calls earlier on This is a product im continually paying for, and at this point my employment is at risk as im perceived as not delivering on services I promised to my company a while ago

In April we ordered the HANGOUTS MEET HARDWARE KIT - LARGE from Promevo, Google's Premier Partner, which came with the Logitech PTZ Pro The description on their website previously said that the camera was designed for large rooms with lots of people - this is not the case, the field of view on this camera is very narrow, and the quality of the camera is poor and grainyIt appears that Promevo have since changed the description on their websiteWe also ordered the HANGOUTS MEET HARDWARE KIT - SMALL for which the camera actually covers a whole room with lots of people in itWith a 2-month delay, we received the equipment in June and discovered that the camera that came with the LARGE kit does not match the description, and is priced at $more than the SMALL kitWe immediately opened a case to exchange the equipment which included other LARGE kits that we had not opened yetThe RMA case has been open for over a month, and we have now been told after several escalations t
