Bought a coil pack for my 1997 Saab 900se in 2019. Coil became faulty and trying to contact them as they proclaim there is a lifetime warranty on this coil. Send them various emails via eBay as I do not have their email address, but up date nothing from them. I find that this full American company is just not worth dealing with. I cannot understand that this company is still selling on eBay and that it is allowed. I won't even rate them as I received no satisfaction from them If I could put this on the web worldwide to disclaim this company, I will. Extremely bad service.
The seller, Prominent Auto Parts, sold me four ignition coils through their eBay seller site. The coils were defective and I returned them to the seller at my expense per their email instructions(hard copies of documentation to follow via US Mail). The tracking shows that the coils were received by Prominent Auto Parts on 11/25/19. I repeatedly contacted the seller via their eBay site but seller never responded (documentation en route). Not only did I lose the $41 I spent on purchasing the items, but the seller had the compunction to ask me to return the coils at my expense, costing me another $14. To date I lost $55 and the ironic thing is that the seller is still conducting business on their eBay site. eBay is indifferent to my case, citing that 30 days have passed and the eBay price guarantee is no longer in effect. This is definitely a issue for the Revdex.com and for other buyers to be aware of

Refund I would not do business or recommend anyone to do business with Prominent Auto Parts. Therefore, I want a refund so I can purchase a comparable item from another seller and would like this report to become a permanent part of the record in the hope that it can help others in avoiding getting ripped off like i did.
