I ordered the trial of Skin Serum and Eye Cream Serum Before I received it, I traveled to another state and broke my leg I returned home and had to have reconstructive surgery I called as soon as I was able to request cancellation They convinced me to try it at a reduced rate of 50% off and refunded 50% of the 1st shipment I called a few weeks later to cancel and they tried to offer 75% off I told them to cancel and received the confirmation # of *** Today I received a box of the serum I called the number 877-712-as the number on my original order receipt is only valid to get % discount or cancel the eye serum It is apparently not to cancel the skin serum I was at first told that the system was down and to call back in an hour I asked how long the system had been down because being a server administrator, I know that it usually doesn't take that long She said it had been down since morning and now it is early evening I asked why I should keep calling
