As a first time homeowner having damage to your new home and having to file a claim with the insurance company was very stressfulProminent Construction, (Justin in particular) was so easy to work with and made the process stress free for my family and IThey not only made the experience a positive one, they went above and beyond to get me the maximum amount of money from my insurance company to cover all of the damages and then some! The work was completed in one day! I was blown away! We couldn't be happier with the outcome! I will be recommending this company to everyone!

I was unaware of damage to my roof from a storm the previous summer A Rep from Prominent Construction, Joe Jurek, came thru the neighborhood explaining that they had just repaired a roof for the convienience store nearby I honestly did not think I had any damage but agreed to let Joe check our roof He stated there was damage and explained about the date of the storm that had come thru our areaSo I called my insurance company and the estimator agreed that we indeed had damage and we would be recieving payment for a new roof Joe was reliable and returned my calls or texts quickly He also explained all the steps of what would be replaced and how and he also worked with insurance company We were able to agree on what was to be done and get the job done quickly Joe came by the day the work was being done to check on how it was going I was told the job would take one day which I did not believe since my house has a large roof with many peaks and valleys I was also worried about the mess and clean up But my worries were unnecessary The job was completed in one day and the crew that did the work were professional, courteous and did a great job with the roofing and clean up tooThey checked in again the next week to be sure we were happy with the work that was done I am glad we found out about the damage when we did If more time had gone by we would not have hade coverage My husband and I are both happy with the work that was done

The work to replace the 20+ year roof on our home by Prominent Construction was excellent for both service and replacement Justin's estimate to complete work was accurate to the penny and resulted in no hassle negotiations with the insurance company Although the process took a bit of time (more so my fault), the persistence by Justin was well worth the wait Following the completion of the roof replacement the crew did an outstanding job of debris clean up and there was virtually no damage to plants or shrubs around the house Most importantly, my wife is happy!! A representative from Prominent inspected the roof for hail damage. We contacted the insurance company to make a claim. The adjuster came out as well as a Prominent representative to re-examine the roof and decide what repairs were required. One day after receiving a check from the insurance company to cover the repairs, Prominent had a crew out and completed the roof replacement. A couple of days later someone was out to replace all of the facia. A couple of days later someone came out to replace the small section of gutter.

All of the work crews did a great job both in the quality of the work, their promptness and with the cleanup when the work was done. Prominent kept in regular contact with me regarding the progress of the work and the quality. I definitely would recommend them.

I can't put into words how thankful we are that we used Mike Frauly and Prominent Const. He handled everything from start to finish and really kept us informed with what was going on. He told me the job would start on Monday 8/17 at 8am. At 8am the crew, dumpster, shingles and the city permit was all there just like he said. The crew foremen came and introduced himself and ask if I had any questions (very professional) before they started working. I returned home from work at 530 and the roof was complete and everything was cleaned up and I mean everything was clean and the dumpster was gone this morning before I woke up. The retire job was done in a day and it looked great. I would use your company again and I am currently referring your company to others.
