We found Prominent Homes to be unprofessional and customer service to be frustrating
Prominent Homes has built our home in a rushed manner, lacking an eye for detail, leaving us to notice many defects over the course of the yearThe first signs of problems were on the initial walkthrough, before possession, where we noticed multitude of scratches, unfinished paint jobs, dented/ruined soffits, etcMost of the first set of defects were addressed, but we found more defects such as nails improperly hammered in the beams, or stucco poorly applied, or rust leaking out of front porch stepsSome defects were fixed, some were ignored and we haven't heard back, and in one defect, a worker came and scraped off the stucco but never returned to reapply the stucco!
They are also difficult to contactANHWP requires they fix all defects within the year, but as they year progressed, it became harder to reach by phone to get things done, and even the last email we sent received no reply

Terrible experience. Nothing but problems with every aspect of the build. Would strongly recommend finding a different builder.
