Promo-Specialties

Review: I returned 2 sets of rain gear approximately November 6, 2013 due poor quality. They cost $43.00 per set. Jack, the owner of Promo Specialties, was to replace them within 2 weeks. I sent several texts, emails and a certified letter and he has not responded. In the certified letter I requested the refund by February 25, 2014 or I would have to take this issue further and still no response.Desired Settlement: The settlement that I am requesting is a refund of $86.00 made out to Tammy Hoskins and sent to my address of 4266 W. 38th St. Erie, Pa. 16506.
