(probably minutes she said) so I waitedThe sales rep working contacted her to let her know I was waiting and texted her who I was and the situationAfter minutes, she was clearly not coming so I leftI was told the employee had a number of concerns brought to their attention and has been firedFrom their perspective, ? it has been addressed and that is all they would offerI am still out $due to their employee issueNot a satisfactory resolution in my opinionThe manager who didn't show up is the one who was initially rude and said that she was there trainig the sales rep during the sale that started this whole thingShe was the one who dropped the ball in not training/supervising the sales rep in the first placeVery disappointing
