I have tried several times contacting them about making a controller with the pain that jobs they proudly show off on InstagramI've tried calling emailing tweeting you name it for just some more information on if it was even possible to get a controller made with the paint job they were showing offEven if it was just a sorry we can't produce that for you at this time would've been fine but completely ignoring customers is not a good way to run a business

I ordered a controller for my son for Christmas on December 2nd and the money was charged to my credit card on December 2nd. It is now January 27th, and I still do not have the controller. Additionally, I have emailed them 3 different times and left a voicemail with no response. Totally unprofessional! I would like a refund asap!

Review: I ordered a custom made xbox controller on January 2, 2015. I rec'd a confirmation that day of sale. The money was withdrawn from our checking account the same day in the amount of $131.56. To this date, I have emailed the company three times and called today and was only able to get a voicemail. I left a v/m with my return contact information.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund on my credit card.

Review: My son ordered a Pro Modz XBox One controller on 9/28/2014. The website claims a 7-14 day turnaround of product not including delivery, but as much as 9 weeks. On 10/27/2014 we asked for an update on our order and received a same day reply to be patient. We then sent a follow up email asking for a status on 11/28/2014 just before the 9 week deadline and received no response. We then sent emails on 1/12/2015, 1/13/2015, sent a message through their website on 1/14/2015 Contact Us option, created a request on the Pro Modz website on our account page on 1/17/2015, called and left a voicemail on 1/19/2015, as well as another email to the exact email address disclosed on the answering machine message. On 1/21/2015 we asked for an explanation of their zero response to the ProModz Twitter page. ALL of these attempts have garnered zero response regarding our 14 year old's $168.86 controller he paid for with his own hard earned money. This is unacceptable.Desired Settlement: Since we are closing in on 4 months now and have not received any status update of the order in the last two months, we would like delivery of the product by the end of January or refund the credit card on file and cancel our account. Our son remains patient with this transaction, but due to ProModz inability to answer simple requests we feel it fair to only remain patient until the end of this month. This has gone on too long without accountability.

Review: Placed order 12.14.14 - advertised 7-10 business days receipt - product not received to date. Attempted contact 3 times by telephone and 1 time by email. Phone prompts you to leave message and provides email address.Desired Settlement: Would like refund of money paid. $204.26

Review: On 8 August 2012 my son ordered and paid for an Xbox controller from this company ProModZ. The company stalled for a while saying they were having trouble painting it. Now they won't communicate at all. I just want my son's hard earned money back. $US188.10. That's a lot of money for him! I think they are taking advantage of us because we live so far away, and they think that we cant do much from the other side of the world, so anything you can do would be appreciated since its been 9 months.Thank youDesired Settlement: $188.10 refunded please
