Review: I have been working with this guy, [redacted] since 2009 and have given him $13,350.00 to help design and manufacture my simple product that I acquired a patent on. He is nothing but a con-artist and we have nothing to show for it except some cad drawings that we can't use. No manufacturer can (or will) produce the product based on his poor drawings. We will have to start all over again with someone else. It took years to get the drawings even though he said it would be done in a month. He won't accept any input into my own product. He and his "consultant" [redacted] just do their own thing. Now his own manufacturer, who he said he had such tight relationships with, can not even make the tooling much less produce the product. He said he would try some other manufacturers, but he never gets back to us. He just blew us off and kept the money and we have NOTHING!!! I think he is a nut-case. He does not return calls, emails or communicate at all. I go to his office at 5940 Rosebud lane, suite 9, Sacramento, CA 95841 and wait for him. I finally catch him every once in a while. We talk it out and he just lies, lies and lies. He makes promises he can't keep. He makes excuses. He says he'll get back on the project and call in a few days or next week. No, he will never ever call. What can you do? Sue him? He's got nothing. Do not do business with this guy- he is nothing but a scam artist who will not think twice about taking advantage of your dreams, ideas, and ambition to rip you off blind.Desired Settlement: I have receipts for $13,350.00 that I want a refund for! He has done nothing but waste our time and nothing can replace the opportunities that have been lost because of his fraudulent business practices.

Review: We engaged in a business encounter with [redacted] of Promoline Product Development several months ago. On June 22, 2013 he sent I and [redacted] and invoice for hte mold and tooling cost for $17,358 to start. Mr. [redacted] then sent him that amount in July 2013. since then we only heard from him twice. He said the cavity mold would ready in about 4 wks. he doesn't answer nor answer voice mail or calls. We've tried to reach him thru various services that he uses. I invented a concrete tool (float). Promoline or [redacted] haven't responded to any calls much of the time. Last call was on 8-22-13, and I spoke with him. He said will gmail and call, but nothing.Desired Settlement: Charges against him and the company he represents for fraud and illegal services that they may have performed pertaining to the dealings of our product and interests. Refund everything!
