Ordered custom printed, 4 color emery boards from this company last Spring. I submitted my own artwork. They have been very well received by everyone I give them to. Company was very responsive during the ordering process and I'll be ordering more from them soon.
We do our best, every time, every order.
Took money from my account and will not give me any answers or emails about my order. No customer service at all.

No further contact by the busi Ordered product from this company 3 weeks ago. On Aug 16 2017 they took out of my credit card $335.70. They will not send me a confirmation on my order when I will receive or call me back. They are very difficult to communicate with, nor will give me any answers. I asked if they would credit my card back the amount, they said they could not do that ? So here I am , no answers,and cannot get a refund.Very unhappy, will never do business with them again. Need your help.

*** Order was placed and charge are proceeded as normal order. Production time 25 working days, we have exchange email for art proof as normal order. Surprised with this complaint. I will cancel this order right away now, if vendor process order or shipped, will send tracking number if not will cancel. No reason to complaint, we have 8 emails interchanged between my staff and George. Any other or additional information contact me directly at 863.557.1717. We are in central Florida (Haines City) and we no have power, internet, phone, fax until today. Maybe, the customer cant reach us.

Never was told they had a 25 day production time. I did not have to approve artwork because they have it on file. I told them to fill my order just as before. Never sent me an email of a date I should be receiving ? I was not at home when I placed the order, I was traveling for two weeks. I had several conversations with Marie, very hard to communicate with her. They took over 300.00 out of my account and never gave me a confirmation ? It's unusual I did not even get a tracking number until I filled out a complaint, Will not use this company again.
