After review of the verification tape. Made on 11/20/17. Between Ms. [redacted] and our company, we determined the verifier did not correctly handle the call. Ms. [redacted] only requested information about our program and did not commit to purchase an ad on the [redacted] Cancer...
Awareness T-Shirts. We have reprimanded and transferred the verifier and the transaction has been cancelled. [redacted]

The order was cancelled per the customers request.
We refunded the customer the full price of her ad on 10/24/17.
I am rejecting this response because: it has now been since September of 2017 to receive the product paid for. I've attempted to get the product or a refund many times since then. I keep getting told "it is in press now " or "the machines are down and can't complete the order" or "we are putting a rush on it". I just want to be done and get a refund of what I paid.
