TERRIBLE customer serviceI spent all my time researching and landed on vieco/promotionchoiceplaced my orderthen I get a call from [redacted] telling me, even though I DID NOT request rush, they have to charge me rush to get it in the days advertised, else, it's days Transferred to ***, managerSaid the same thingHe was almost rude, saying take it or leave it, no proof, or if I want one, it will be spelling only and I have to approve it withing minutes! I have a company and am amazed this company can do business with these terrible people and horrible attitudeI am taking my business elsewhere

The customer did indeed receive the order he ordered. He placed an order for 200 synthetic leather baseballs with rubber core. We offer both cork core (hard) and rubber core (soft) baseballs, and if he had wanted a hard baseball, he should have specifically told us to send him the cork core... baseballs. Both the cork core and rubber core baseballs cost exactly the same, so it really didn't matter which one we sent the customer. Before the customer placed his order, we even offered to send him samples at no charge. He chose not to receive the samples. Had he chosen to receive the samples, he would have very clearly seen that the cork core baseballs are the hard ones (which was what he wanted) and hence the ones he should have ordered. If there was a genuine mistake on our part, we would have gladly replaced the order or refunded him in full. However, we did ship him exactly what he specified as can be seen from his comments - rubber core baseballs (synthetic leather). If this order hadn't been customized with his logo, we would even have made an exchange even though we did not do anything wrong on our part, but because it is a customized order, we are unable to re-use the product after it has been printed with his logo.As a courtesy, we even offered the customer a 15% discount on the existing order even though we did exactly as specifed by him. He admitted that he was very happy with the print job, but not the with the ball itself as he said it was too soft. Again, this could have been avoided had he chosen to receive a sample and ordered the cork core baseballs instead. Finally, the total cost of the order was $691.90, and not $850 as the customer claims.

I was very disappointed with the lack of followup from this company I order balloons for an event early on a Saturday morning so I indicated Thursday as the day I needed them in that field on the order so if they were a day late I'd still have them by Friday I had a logo with lines under with just one word on each line...our team name The first proof didn't have things the the words appear in the sizing that I wanted; the second proof was better but still not correctWhen I asked why the width of two of the lines wasn't the same, the response was that "production says they're the same size" but it didn't look that way on the proof When I asked for clarification, apparently a voicemail was left for me on Tuesday, but I never got one Since I stopped hearing back, I assumed we were in production because I had indicated on the order I needed it by Thursday The sales person never followed up after her voicemail Late on Wednesday, I contacted them to see where we were at to be sure they were in production and I'd receive them at least by Friday I received a call on Thursday morning that said they were still waiting to hear back from me from a voicemail that I never received on Tuesday and said that if I wanted them by Friday, they'd charge $to rush production to get it done today and another $for overnight so I'd get it by Friday...so $more for an order of $for balloons When I said I wasn't paying that outrageous amount when they dropped the ball by not following up on Tuesday or Wednesday, I had not choice but to cancel the order Being extremely disappointed that I was not going to have balloons for the event, I started writing this review Within minutes of cancelling, I received an email that said they would refund my payment except the manager said they were charging $for working on the artwork I responded with an email that said that was ridiculous because they're the ones who dropped the ball If it needs to be done on Wednesday, why does someone not follow up??? In response to my email, the manager called and said they spent hours working on artworkwords and a logo file I provided??? Really??? He argued with me extensively He said no proof should have even been provided...and that's my fault??? Thank God I did get a proof because they weren't able to understand my detailed instructions The manager called me again and left a voicemail that said they would not refund ANY of my money until I called them back and cancelled...even though I had already received a confirmation email that the order had been cancelled So now they're trying to keep ALL of the money from the order??? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!

I am very much impressed to do business with promotionchoice.com The products are really good as well as affordable too

This summer, I had to order a bunch of giveaways for an event that my business was sponsoring (our annual county fair) and a friend of mine recommended Promotion ChoiceTheir hand fans looked like just the thing for the event -- it can get pretty hot and people would certainly use themOnly problem is, we had less than onev week to the event!
I didn't think they could do it in timeBoy, did they prove me wrong! Not only did they print everything out and ship it just in time, but Janice, the woman I spoked to, even caught a mistake in my artworkI'm now planning another event this winter and felt that I should give some good feedback here because they really saved me this past summer

The customer was not easy to get a hold of.When we emailed her a proof, it took her a few days to finally approve it, and when she finally did, we were informed by our factory that the color balloon she wanted was out of stock. It took the customer 1 extra day to get back to us with a color change...

and by then, her order would not have delivered without expedited shipping.Had she responded in a timely manner, we could have discovered the stock situation earlier and it would not have to go expedited. Since the customer did cause a delay, we quoted her only $7.44 extra to ship expedited, which she did not want to pay even though she took several days to respond to our emails. In the end, we managed to get management approval to absorb the extra expedited shipping cost, so I am not sure why she still went ahead and filed a complaint? We felt like we had bent over backwards for the customer and absorbed the cost of the expedited freight even thought he delays were caused by delayed responses from  the customer.Best,[redacted]VIECO Inc.promotionchoice.comfacebook.com/promotionchoice - Like us!Tel: ###-###-#### [redacted]Fax: ###-###-####

Review: When I ordered balloons from promotionchoice.com, I first called in to speak to someone to be sure that I selected the appropriate balloon color for our event due to the fact that we were imprinting my company's logo onto the balloons. When I called, I spoke to a man and told him that I was looking for a royal blue balloon that would have a pearl finish. He immediately told me to order the Pearl Blue color. I then asked to order the balloons while I was on the phone. He abruptly told me to place the order online. So I did.

On 8/20, I was able to see the finished product and saw that the color is much lighter than a royal blue and is not at all what I asked for. I cannot use these! So I went to promotionchoice.com to chat with a representative about the issue. [redacted] is who I spoke with that time. She first was arguing with me that his response was the right response to give me. So after 3 times of me telling her they are not Royal Blue. I asked if she understood that I wanted both a Royal blue and a pearl finish and that I did not get that. I said if they didn't offer that color in a pearl finish they shouldn't have said they did and instructed me to order the Pearl Blue. But since they did, I ordered the product and now I'm not happy with what I cannot use. I asked her how I can get what I want? She said I would have to re-order the royal blue with no pearl finish. I let her know that I felt they should stand behind their representation and either replace my order with the correct color or they should at the very least offer a hefty discount. She said she would have to discuss that with her manager and get approval for that. So we left the conversation that she would talk to her manager and either I would hear from her in an hour or I would check back.

I did receive an email from her. It read:

Hi [redacted],

I'm sorry but I can not give any discount or re-do.

I spoke to my manager and he said we do not say that our balloons are pearl royal blue in our website. If you wanted royal blue, you should have ordered royal blue. Please see the link http://www.promotionchoice.com/productimage.php?product_id=43¤t_image=1 />
He is very familiar with our balloons, and would never tell anyone that our pearl balloons are a royal blue color.

I responded asking who I spoke to that absolutely did tell me to order the Pearl Blue. I said I would re-order with a company that stands by their word and their work! And then asked for their mailing address. I never got another response.

I am a professional and ordered these balloons for a company event. I deal with vendors all the time. If you don't provide a quality product that meets expectations, you make it right! When my complaint was issued, this company first told me I was told the right thing by ordering the Pearl Blue for a royal blue balloon with a pearl finish. Then I was told that the manager said he would never tell anyone to order Pearl Blue for a royal blue pearlized balloon. It's quite clear to me that the product was misrepresented and then that the company did not stand by their error.Desired Settlement: I believe they should issue a full refund and get some lessons on customer service.

Madam/Sir,

I was very disappointed with the lack of followup from this company. I had a logo with 3 lines under with just one word on each line...our team name. When I asked for clarification, apparently a voicemail was left for me on Tuesday, but I never got one. Since I stopped hearing back, I assumed we were in production because I had indicated on the order I needed it by Thursday. The sales person never followed up after her voicemail. Late on Wednesday, I contacted them to see where we were at to be sure they were in production and I'd receive them at least by Friday. I received a call on Thursday morning that said they were still waiting to hear back from me from a voicemail that I never received on Tuesday and said that if I wanted them by Friday, they'd charge $119 to rush production to get it done today and another $100 for overnight so I'd get it by Friday...so $219 more for an order of $125 for balloons. When I said I wasn't paying that outrageous amount when they dropped the ball by not following up on Tuesday or Wednesday, I had not choice but to cancel the order. Being extremely disappointed that I was not going to have balloons for the event, I started writing this review. Within minutes of cancelling, I received an email that said they would refund my payment except the manager said they were charging $25 for working on the artwork. I responded with an email that said that was ridiculous because they're the ones who dropped the ball. If it needs to be done on Wednesday, why does someone not follow up??? In response to my email, the manager called and said they spent 4 hours working on artwork...3 words and a logo file I provided??? Really??? He argued with me extensively. Review: I ordered 200 baseballs from this company, they sent me rubber practice/pee wee baseballs.

After calling numerous times, sending them a video of what a baseball is compared to what they sent me and definition of what a baseball is (In a website),

they refused to either compensate me for their mistake or just send me 200 real baseballs with the advertising I paid for on them.

In the beginning, the company asked me if I wanted a rubber core or a cork core baseball, I said it made no difference to me and took the rubber core ball. They sent me rubberized practice [redacted] I did not want.

ANYONE WHO KNOWS WHAT A BASEBALL IS KNOWS THE CORE IS THE MIDDLE OF THE INTERIOR OF THE BALL.

They use a cork core on official league baseballs, a rubber core is used for more lively play

THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE TWINE A BASEBALL IS WRAPPED IN

Read through this webpage and area named "Baseball Dissection" -

I have emails available upon requestDesired Settlement: I want what I ordered at the cost I ordered it at plus shipping.

NOTHING MORE, NOTHING LESS

I've been in the apparel business for 5 years and I have finally found a vendor I can count on for my promotion and advertising... I wish my own company support was as good as Promotion Choice. They are 'spot on' with their user friendly website and staff.
