were not able to receive the hand written document written by the person registering the complaintI asked for permission from Kay to call and get the details directly from the complainant in order to expedite the processI spoke to ***l the person who registered the complaint this morning and got the details first hand. She stated that she purchased a ticket to see Blue October in and was turned away because we were over capacityI looked up the reports from that show and we only sold tickets and our capacity is ***l then stated that she had purchased tickets through Ticketmaster on the telephone to see Blue October in 2014. Blue October schedule was changed after booking the original date and moved the date for a week later. Ticketmaster sends an email to everyone who purchases tickets online or on the phone to notify them of any changes. ***l unfortunately does not have internet and did not receive any notification PromoWest makes numerous attempts including running radio spots to let everyone know that the date has changed to listing it on our website and marquees Unfortunately we do not have the personal information of people who have purchased tickets to our shows to notify them of changes that occur. PromoWest takes pride in our customer service so we offered her free tickets to a show of her choice but she stated that she is years old and is really not interested. I contacted Ticketmaster to refund ***l the money but there is no record of her purchasing any tickets to Blue October. I spoke to the owner of PromoWest *** ***r and he offered to mail her a check for $so that we do not waste anymore of your or our time. I am rejecting this response because:As originally explained, these ladies...

had to take 2 days off of work and get a hotel room for the concert they were very wrongly ejected from. They have no intentions of doing so again to see a preformer they have no interest in. Also, because of the way they were publicly humiliated the last thing they wish to do is go there again. These ladies were treated horribly by a security person that should no longer have a job there. We want a full refund of the cost of their tickets as well as the meet and greet I paid for. No other offer will be excepted.
