I filed a claim for theft month ago,I was told I would hear back in week,DAYS LATER I GET EMAIL SAYING HE BE IN CONTACT THE MIDDLE OF NEXT MONTH,the adjuster come to my house and was here for hours and made no point at all about anything and was rude and told me I had to go to my broker to get forms to fill out for my loss,,, [redacted] ?,,,I would say that a professional would have any and all papers needed to be filled out with him,EXTREMELY SLOW AND RUDE,MONTH HAS PASSED AND I HAVE NOT HEARD A THING AS TO WEATHER MY CLAIM WILL BE DEALT WITH AT ALL?,AT THIS POINT I DONT EXPECT TO HEAR ANYTHING I called to cancel the insurance and told them I had not heard anything about my claim and their non reply was the reason,the person on the phone made no effort at all to assist me in the delay and only said I had to go to my broker and sign a paper to cancel[redacted]
