I believe Pronto Plumbing & Drains took advantage of my elderly parent My parent called because a toilet tank was not refilling with water quickly after flushing There was no problem with the bowl eliminating completely once there was enough water in the tank to flush it The Tank refill valve needed to be replaced which makes sense for $95, but she was also charged $to snake a drain that was not clogged
