Review: I ordered a pair of pants from this company and decided to return them within the refund/exchange window of time because they were slightly too large. I requested and received a RMA number required for a return and proceeded to package and ship them back to the company after emailing them my intent to do so (to which they agreed and supplied the approproate RMA to me).I shipped the pants back and kept checking the tracking number on the package. The package was delivered on January [redacted] at which point I kept checking my credit card statements periodically to make sure the transaction was refunded appropriately. From previous experiences I knew this could take a full billing cycle and so I waited patiently until over a month had past without any sort of refund or notice from Proof NY. I emailed them about the issue and provided them with our previous communications (email exchanges), the RMA number, as well as the tracking number and shipping service. Another 9 days passed without even a response. I emailed them again and said I would pursue further actions if they did not immediately follow up with me and refund my purchase. That was 3 days ago and still no response. Their customer service is abysmal and their activity borderlines as criminal in thise case. Essentially, they owe me money or an explanation as to why they haven't refunded my money.Desired Settlement: I just want my money for my purchase as well as the shipping I paid both ways refunded. That is all.
