I do apologize, we were getting the key from the previous owner. He had a house fire and was out of touch for quite awhile. We did drop the ball and not follow up. We called and did receive the second key from the customer. Please let us know how you would like us to get that key to you. We did...

recondition the car by putting 4 new tires, new front brake pads and rotors, replace mirror adjust switch, state safety inspection, emissions and an oil change.
Concerning the clutch, The car was towed in with a burnt clutch 22 days after delivery. If the vehicle was purchased with a bad clutch there would have been obvious signs of a worn clutch during the first test drive. we agreed in March in good faith that we pay for the labor and [redacted] pay the parts which we completed and [redacted] paid for March 11th.

I am rejecting this response because: It was poor customer service and poor service done on my car. My car has been lifted in the air for muffler service and a 27 point inspection. However Sheehy Nissan failed to tell me that there was any damage to my transmission until I brought it in in January. Then apparently after my car gets towed there they said it appeared that I had damage to my transmission for a while. If I could have found out earlier then I could have fixed my transmission before it was completely done but this was not mentioned in my Nissan service report. I haven't had a car in close to 2 months nor was I given a rental car from Nissan during this time. The least they can do is just replace my transmission.

I attached 4 screenshots of the text messages, I have 3 additional screenshots that I'm unable to attach.

Service director Gary H[redacted] spoke to customer and explained that the $127.98 was actually reduced by what she paid for the initial check when she had the work done fifteen days later. She state she could not see it even though the quoted price was actually less. We did another repair order...

showing the checkout price subtracted from the quoted amount and scanned it to her email. The customer called me on my cell phone and said the regenerated repair order worked for her, I asked her if we could close the Revdex.com as satisfied and she said yes.

We performed a transmission reprogram recall and replaced the muffler on 12/06/16 with 88031 miles.   Car came back with the failed transmission 5 weeks later 1/16/2017 with 90652 miles.  At the time of the 12/6 repair order we did not see any damage to the transmission...

pan.  We did note during the multipoint inspection the vehicle needed pads/rotors in the front.  In our opinion the transmission failed because of impact to the transmission pan, causing a leak.  We attempted to get the transmission covered under [redacted] security plus warranty.  Security plus sent an adjuster out and declined the claim due to lack of fluid and the pan damage.  We then suggested [redacted] contact her insurance company and they denied the claim for an unknown reason to us.  In our opinion [redacted] insurance company should have covered that damage under her versa.  There is obvious impact to the transmission pan where the fluid leaked out.

While we do not have the authority to remove any items on credit bureaus.  We have however submitted a request for the bureaus to remove the inquiry.

All requested paperwork was sent to the customer.
