ProPack Moving Service Reviews (%countItem)

I recently moved from GA to FL. Anthony talked a big game on the phone about how dedicated "his" (this is not his company) is to making your move less stressful and taking care of your belongings. We were scheduled to moved on Thursday 8-13 as we were selling our house on 8-14 and had to be all the way out on 8-13. I got a guarantee for pick up on 8-13 before signing the contract as that was the only day that we could move as my mother-in-law was staying with us until then. It was written on the contract as that specific date on 8-12 I get a call from David saying that they can not pick up my belongings as promised on 8-13 but now needs to be 8-14. I told him that was unacceptable and I have a signed contract stating that 8-13 is my pickup date and if they could not honor that I needed my deposit back and I could just get a U-Haul. He then hung up on me so I called Anthony to ask what was going on. He stated that my contract stated they could pick up on 8-13 or 8-14. I reminded him that my contract specifically called out 8-13 not both days. I took a screen shot of the contract when it was first sent to me as you can not download it and it is just a link that can be changed at any point they want. He then "resent" me the contract I had supposedly signed and HAD CHANGED THE DATES ON IT. I then sent him back the screen shot of the actual contract I signed with only the 8-13 date on it. Eventually I am sure they bumped someone else but they did agree to do my pick up on the correct date. Fast forward to getting my stuff at my new house. There are more than 5 boxes missing, table is scraped, swing broken, glass shattered and they do not care and will not help us. They also lost all of our clothing. Most can not be replaced. Also Anthony told me they owned all the trucks and the people who work for this company are actually a part of this company. That is a lie they pulled up to collect my belongings in GA in a U-Haul and dropped it off in the most suspicious unmarked box truck. THIS IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY AND DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! ALL THEY DO IS LIE.

they wanted double the estimate with only a few days to make the arrangments

I have reach out via phone calls and emails requesting updated quote and recordings of our conversation to no avail. Phone is not answered emails are not answered. please help me resolve this if you can

Flexible, on time, excellent service! What else can one say. They were with us the entire move from beginning to end.

I would highly recommend that if you are considering using ProPack for your move, that you find another company. Anthony, one of the “owners” of the company is a great salesman but not one thing that came out of his mouth was the truth. This company outsourced another company to do the actual move. I specifically asked Anthony if this was the case and was lied to. This moving company is one of the scam moving companies that you read about. Do not believe their lies. They added TWO THOUSAND dollars on the the “estimate” the morning of the move. On our estimate, every single item was listed even down to the patio furniture that we did not end up taking because the truck that Anthony hired to move us, was not big enough. Our estimated box count was MORE than the actual number of boxes that we had and they still charged us $2,000 more (close to double) the original estimate. A day after they delivered our items to our new house, we realized that we are missing two large boxes of important items. After the sale is made and you have paid the deposit to pro pack, that screen your calls and never answer the phone or call you back again. A woman named Gail will text you back but she is unkind and argumentative in her responses. Once they get your first 1/3 payment for the move, they literally wash their hands of you and leave the contacted guys to rip you off. The actual movers, who spoke very little English, showed up in a rented truck. They attempted to squeeze more money out of us every step of the way. At the pick up, they added 2k, drop off they added it again and sat in front of my house for two hours refusing to unload our house until we paid them more money. Don’t let Anthony fool you, this company is a scam. We learned a very tough lesson hiring this company for our first move. I writing this review to inform others about what WILL HAPPEN to you if you choose to hire them. Don’t make the same mistake. Find somebody else.

Pro-pack moving service was very professional from beginning to end. They had a gps tracking system on there truck so I was able to track my shipment the entire time. I was dealing with John *** and he was very good from start to finish and I will use again.

Nothing but good things to say about Pro-Pack Moving Service. On short notice we hired them to move our small apartment about 5 miles. Their bid process was simple and they were very good at constant communications.

When moving day arrived their two movers (Max and Roman) where courteous and efficient - wearing their Pro-Pack Moving Service uniform shirts. The leader explained the process and cost and had me sign off. They set about wrapping and protecting the furniture and were expeditious but careful. I was also loading some personal effects in my car and we had some fun back and forth banter. I really liked both of them.

They arrived at the new location and showed the same efficiency and care for my belongings. They reassembled our dining table and bedroom set with care. After tidying up they presented their bill which I was happy to pay along with a handsome tip. They did not waste any time which was important because I was paying an hourly rate.

Would highly recommend this firm. They are a bit higher priced per hour than some others but as they say you get what you pay for. This firm is top notch and would absolutely use again.

Wanna say thanks to one of the owners Vinny DeLuca with Pro-Pack Moving Service...
