every thing they didUnfortunately there is no refund due to you at this time.When you first came to us you asked us how much it would cost for us to install your "USED, COMPLETE" *** *** kit site unseenYou told us that all it would need is to be installed and it would be good to gYou told us you had started to install it yourself and wanted us to finish the installationWe gave you a price and you agreed to have us move forward and finish the installThe *** sensor came to us already extendedIt was wired by you incorrectly and was blowing fuses when plugged inAs I previously told you I personally installed and rewired the *** and soldered the connectionsWhen I rewired your *** harness there was a grey wire with red stripe and a solid gray wire that were switchedOnce wired I personally checked it with our scan tool to verify operationThe readings were not for a Vmustang at idle because it now had a supercharger changing the air flow it was readingNone the less it was functioningWhen I asked Jannetty why they needed to replace it he told me they did not replace it they just needed to rewire it as "ONE" wire was wrongWhen I pointed out there would need to be at least wrong he replied"Do not quote me on this, I do not remember it was over week ago." With regards to the couplersyou asked us to install your kit which came with couplers we didwe installed what you told us to installI brought to your attention the couplers early on in the project which was met with announce that you would need to spend more moneyThis is because the original owner of the kit mislead you into thinking it was plug and playbecause it was not a plug and play kit I spent days trying to track down what was needed to complete the build including the best fuel pump to getAll of which you were NOT charged forAfter much research we determined a fuel pump would be needed to supply adequate fuel flowThat was also met with annoyanceIn fact, every time we informed you that extra things would be needed you made us feel like it was our faultAll this because the man you bought it from, who was desperate to sell it because of his legal problems (you told us this) mislead you just to make a sale.The spark plugs were not looked at per your requestBefore the vehicle even arrived I had mentioned replacing spark plugs to which you replied you had already changed them and they did not need to be touchedWe did not touch them per your request so if they were broken at Jannettys they were broken before it arrived hereWe had to install two pcv valves on your vehicle as they were missing when you brought the vehicle to usIt seems most unlikely we could properly install one on one side then install a broken one backwards on the other!!!!!! This is what Jannetty is claiming!!!!!!!The SCT controller was not unlocked despite what the man you bought it from told youThat means it needed to be sent to and unlocked by SCT, as we already discussed SCT lost the controllerWe have the proof from the shipping company that the package arrivedSCT sent us a new controller and cables to make up for the fact that the controller was lost but told us they could not help us with the tuning of the vehicleWe dealt with the product manufacturer and despite it not being our fault that they lost it and refused to help replace the tune we were made to feel like the bad guysThrough out this whole process we let you keep your vehicle here free of chargefor over a month while the SCT debacle was rectifiedNot once did we tell you to get your vehicle or pay a storage feeduring this entire process we have been as helpful as possible building this car with your and fixing issues that arose due to misinformation and negligence on the part of othersEven with all of our sacrifices alreadythe minute another shop looked at the car and tries to sell you something we already did the very first thing you should have done was bring the vehicle back to us with the information and let us look at it to confirm the issues and to rectify them under warrantyBecause were not given the chance to confirm or deny there ridiculous allegations the warranty is voided.**At approximately 2:May 25, Deb A*** returned our callAfter discussing facts about the vehicle over the phone she refused to come in with her husband and the vehicle to discuss their issues and show us the work done so we could verify the complaintsBecause we were not given the chance to see the vehicle or look at it before they had work done by another shop there are no refunds due at this time.*
