Money for yearly fee not refunded when asked. Filled my propane tank after receiving incorrect information from [redacted] resulting in higher prices.I used the NC Propane Club with no problem last year. On 5-30-13 my account was drafted for $59.00. On 11-19-13 I emailed [redacted] for this years rates and to verify the same company was being used. The same day I was told the price for the first fill of the season was 1.99 with [redacted] I had gas delivered that day at 2.349. When I inquired about the club rate I was informed that they severed their ties with the Propane Club in July. I emailed and called [redacted] only to talk to him on 12-10-13. He said I was "one of the ones saying [redacted] had severed ties." He told me this had been fixed and emailed a price sheet. This price sheet was only for "new" customers. I informed [redacted] that I would like my dues refunded since these prices would not apply to me. On 12-11-13 [redacted] emailed " I will do whatever you want to do but I think you will pay more for gas in the long run." I called [redacted] and informed him I wanted my money back and provided the last 4 digits of my card as requested. On 12-31-13 I called and emailed [redacted] asking to refund the money per our previuos converstaion. I got a response back saying it is "unfair". I then called [redacted] to remind him that he had already agreed and was called a [redacted] and hung up on after saying he would do it. I will consider this resolved once the money has been refunded into my account.Desired SettlementThe $59.00 needs to be refunded into my account and our business agreement severed.

On January 28, 2013 NC propane Club charged my Visa card for $149.99. Again on May 16, 2013 they charged my Visa for $149.99. Then on August 22, 2013 they charged my Visa $149.00 and $499.99. During this time I was told that NC Propane Club had or was negotiating a contract for propane on a prepay contract. I have ask for and been told that I would be sent a copy of the contract as well a contract between me and NC Propane Club showing the propane that I have purchased. In September [redacted] said that he had negotiated a contract for me for 1,000 gallons of propane and that it would be charged to my Visa but that the previous charges would be applied against the invoice. NC Propane Club charged my Visa for an additional $1,500.00 on 10/9/2013 with no accompanying invoice or any record of what I was charged for. Twice in the last month [redacted] has said that he would reverse all charged to my Visa and we would start over when he had a contract in place but as of 11/7/13 no credits had been applied to my account. Desired SettlementWe need to get this resolved. So far I have spent these monies with no accounting on your part:3/3/13 $ 149.996/3/13 $ 149.998/6/13 $ 149.998/30/13 $ 499.999/11/13 $1,500.00

[redacted] gas was contracted to deliver the propane.I am now out of propane. there response was we are waiting on [redacted] to transfer the money to [redacted] gas. I am not the only person this happened to. I have filed a report with Wake county sheriffs dept on 10/24/13 as well as State of north Carolina Attorney Generals office at this point I want my money back.On August 2011 I joined his club and made a purchase of propane last 2 years with no problems at all. I met with owner [redacted] really nice guy.
