Poor customer service, do not properly review or edit emails, do not follow up with complaints, do not care for their customers. I would give zero stars if it was an option.

*** used the asterisk symbol before and after her name, *** which was a violation of the rules.Ms*** contacted customer service and stated that she did not put those marks thereShe was told that rarely happens but when it did in the past it was caused by the sender's email serverI told her I would look into it and I also asked her to also look into it on her end as this is not something that regularly occursShe stated that it was not caused by her or her server.I emailed our software technician and he is looking into why it would happen if she did not purposefully put those characters thereI did let her know that if we determine that she did not write the email that way and it is a glitch between her system and ours that she would be credited for a good message. We are still investigating the cause but wanted to reply immediately given the calendar day response time requirement.I would be happy to speak with you if you would like.*** ***Propercomm Executive Director and CEO
