Properkey installed our roof in nov/dec of The experience with this company has been awful First they sent out roofer with a helper---it took days for them to complete the jobThe roof they put on was the wrong color--I elected not to have it changed--I just wanted the job doneThe roofer twice complained that they didn't have enough supplies The job only got completed when I called and complained to the company about the service When all was said and done, the quality of the job is suspect---we have now had three leaks The last occuring just last week after a rainstorm---a leak that had "supposedly" already been fixed We called, they were scheduled to be here today, july at 9am It is now 10: no show, no phone call, and when we try to reach the company, we get only voice mail

The roof they put on was the wrong color--I elected not to have it changed--I just wanted the job done. The roofer twice complained that they didn't have enough supplies. The job only got completed when I called and complained to the company about the service. When all was said and done, the quality of the job is suspect---we have now had three leaks. It is now 10:30 no show, no phone call, and when we try to reach the company, we get only voice mail.

Handled all my repairs from significant hail damage to my home. Recommended a class 4 impact resistant roof which cost a little more upfront, but is saving me 20% on my homeowner's insurance. Work was done professionally and in a timely manner. Based on my experience, I recommended Properkey to several of my neighbors who also utilized their services, from damage done by the same storm, and they are all very pleased with the work performed as well.
