This notice is the first I have heard of any complaint against Accent Fence. I have not purposely avoided contact with them, as this is not in the best interest of the company or my reputation. I am sorry for the dispute and or any lack of quality in the construction of the [redacted]'s fence. I will contact them and try to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Any defect due to installation will be corrected. In the case of posts splitting, I can hardly see how our company can control the product and the elements that would cause this to occur. I purchase material from a vendor just like any other company. They will not guarantee a product and it's integrity since there are so many variables and elements at play. I will do my best, within reason, to care for this need as well. In 40 years of business we have never had an unsatisfied customer and I hope to have the same result in this case.
