Take the time to read this review before considering a rental with Property Butler
- Once they've locked you into a lease they will not make themselves available to you to fix everything that will magically break upon moving inSeveral viatal appliances of mine were not up to standard upon moving inThe dryer was almost completely unusable throughout the entire durations of my lease; the shower, toilet, and oven also all broke and took weeks to be repaired
- We had three representatives throughout the duration of our leaseBuddy, Kayley, and MattThe company clearly cannot keep an employee to save its life
- Promised our place would be professionally cleaned upon move in dateInstead, we moved into a filthy apartment with absolutely nothing cleaned
- In addition to the above statement, they will charge you a $cleaning fee upon moving in; which is intended for when you move outHowever, again, when we moved in absolutely nothing was cleaned for us; and then they also decided to charge us out of our security deposit ($60) to clean the stained closet door tracks upon moving out? Making absoluetly zero senseTracks were stained upon our move in
- Charged us in our security deposit for a broken pull tab and burnt out lightbulb on our living room ceiling fanWE DID NOT EVEN HAVE A LIVING ROOM CEILING FAN
- Front gate latch was broken upon moving inWe were told this would be repaired for us before the lease beganEven more broken upon move inOur next door neighbor's house was robbed shortly after, and I requested that our gate latch was fixed again for security purposes; never even received a response from Property Butler and then CHARGED $to fix the gate latch upon moving out
- Prior to moving in we did a walk throughBuddy took pictures and documented all the damages that we pointed outThis was apparently "lost" during the representative transfersWe were then deducted out of our security deposit for existing damages and only received one credit after relentlessly arguing with the company over these obscene deductions
These people are crooksIt would be the biggest mistake of your life to rent from this poor excuse of a company

However, again, when we moved in absolutely nothing was cleaned for us; and then they also decided to charge us out of our security deposit ($60) to clean the stained closet door tracks upon moving out? Making absoluetly zero sense. Tracks were stained upon our move in.
