ASI had no contractual obligations or previous history with Mr. [redacted].  ASI was responding to a request for free-fill at the property.  ASI did deliver several loads off fill at no charge to this property.  On September 6, 2017, while dumping one of the loads of fill, a rock rolled...

into and damaged a small piece of siding.  ASI was notified of this situation by a third-party. Arrangements were made to fix the small piece of damaged siding in November 2017.  Unfortunately, this work is weather permitting and the repairs were postponed until spring 2018. The owner of Achtenhagen Services, Inc. talked to Mr. [redacted] immediately after his inquiry to the Revdex.com on 3/19/2018 and preparations were made to have the contractor perform the repairs.  ASI is currently waiting on Mr. [redacted] to make arrangements for the water to be shut off as the outdoor water spigot needs to be removed to replace the small siding piece that was damaged.  Once all parties can coordinate their schedules, this repair should be completed by April 15, 2018 (weather permitting). Once again, this was never a customer of ASI.  ASI has been in business for over 25 years, our intent was to appease Mr. [redacted] and repair the problem.  Now that Mr. [redacted] and Mr. Achtenhagen have met and spoke in person they have eliminated miscommunication from several other parties, we feel this problem will be resolved quickly. ASI will update all parties involved when work in complete.
