This woman has sent several letters and we have called her office twice to take us off her mailing list and to inform her of this property she keeps bugging us about. She is wanting to buy the property at the address of ***, Minnetonka, MN. If this realtor, Jennifer *** at Property Haus, would do her research, that address is for a New Perspective Senior Living. Our mother passed away there in June from Alheimer's and that address is NOT a single residence home. Unless this realtor wants to buy a whole senior living complex with many locations, quit bugging us about that property. This is what we have tried to convey to her office about that property but the letters keep coming.

First, I would like to make clear that I am not a realtor- in fact, we express this in all our communications with potential clients. We are a company who specializes in helping people who inherit homes in probate situations. In fact, we come highly recommended by probate attorneys because our company is known for being honest, ethical, and compassionate. While it is true that Mr. mother's last known address is an assisted living facility, we still reach out to the family because we have found several times that there is a home that needs to be sold within the estate. While it is an imperfect science, we do the best we can with the information that is provided to us. In this case, Mr. did call twice to be removed from our mailing list. I see now checking in our CRM that this was overlooked, and I want to express my apologies for this not being taken care of promptly. Our last communication letter was sent out a month ago so there will be no further communication. Again, we express our apologies and wish the family our best in their time of grieving.

I am rejecting this response because: She was contacted more than 2 times by phone and in writing and am appalled it took a complaint to the Revdex.com to resolve this ...IF...this is finally resolved. We don't accept her apologies.
