the HOA's declaration (Attached) and rented the unitThe rules of the HOA are very clear on the ramification of unauthorized rental fines(Attached)After the owner recived notice of the unauthorized rental and the fines on their account, they requested a hardship exception from the boardThis was granted by the boardThe owner has been authorzied to rent thier unit for yearAs the onwer was aware they could not rent thier unit, and only asked for an exception after they were caught with an unauthorized rental, the board has not authorized removal of the existing fines.

It took me several months for the property management company to respond back to me in regards to this. If the property manager had responded to my initial emails that I have sent, I would not have gone to Revdex.com to request a response of PMNW. I do not like the tone of the message that was sent to me, accusing me of doing something as if I had malicious intent on renting out my unit. My opinions of this business still stands as is. How do I rate this business?
