REEis was chosen for my year home warrantyAbout months after moving in, the A/C blower in the master bedroom closet started making a whining noiseThey came out and couldn’t figure out what was wrong with the unitLeft, came back a few days later, and still didn’t have an answer for the issueAt this point they decided to order parts for the unitI was told parts were going to take upwards of weeks to receive and after weeks of no response, I decided to callUpon talking to the receptionist, I was told no parts were ordered and another tech would be sent to the houseDue to traveling for work I requested them to send a tech when I got back, but didn’t schedule an actual dateAbout months later I called them again they sent a tech out to look for a third timeHe played with the blower for about minutes and ended up switching the motor from high to lowThe tech worked on the blower for about minutes then when he was done, wrote me a bill for $and told me my year home warranty ran out a couple months priorAfter the fact, I called the receptionist to ask why I was being charged for something that was brought to there attention before my home warranty was upI was told that he was contracted out and I would receive an email from the individual that collected money from meNever received an email from him and I have called REEis a few more times on this matter with no resolutionOn top of being charged for something I wasn’t supposed to be charged for, the issue wasn’t fixed, they just put the blower on a lower setting and the A/C system now takes longer to cool or warm my house
Eduardo was very professional and did a great job of explaining the whole process A little disappointed with the installation process The installers left no information on how to operate the thermostats or how to set them up They also left a little mess
