This complaint was submitted by a former property owner/client Our company terminated the management agreement after this work was performed and after we leased out the propertyHowever, this property needed constant repair and the property owner generally chose the cheapest option (or his
decision was based on price) This complaint failed to include that the property owner chose this vendor from options presented and and the property owner paid this vendor directly for the work performed When contacted by the owner regarding the work, long after we no longer worked for him, we informed him that our company is not responsible for the work a contractor or vendor performs and provided him with a copy of our management agreement in which he agreed to It is unfortunate that he is using this forum as an attempt to place the blame on our company for the decision he (the property owner) made with a vendor when having the work completed
