Was a very unpleasent experienceRUN dont walk when they come to your doorAfter the roof was finished about a month and a half later it leaked called Brandon who said he would see if he could get a worker hereStill have seen no one, so much for the warrantyThe warranty is only as good as the company you hireWe called a local roofing company who fixed the problemHave reported this to our insurance companyPart of there estimate was to paint rooms they had someone that hit and missed the roomsPPG kept asking insurance company for more money saying they used siding money to paint rooms and so on when that also was already paid forEnded up firing them and am now looking for someone to finish or fix what they were already paid forThis company is anything but professional
I can not say enough about Property Professionals Group, came and done estimate and was on my roof in less the daysGREAT JOB I am so very pleased from sales rep to the roofing crewMy yard was left cleaned and looks great with my new roof
Recently my roof was damaged due to the strong winds. I contacted [redacted] Insurance to file a claim. The next day the insurance adjuster called and said he inspected the damage and was only going to pay for half of the roof. I contacted PPG prior to his inspection. After being told about the roof Brandon (PPG) came out and did his own inspection. I was informed that the entire roof needed replaced and I also had hail damage to the roof. Brandon was more than helpful with dealing with [redacted] and having the roof inspected again. A couple of days later [redacted] sent the same adjuster to the house who arrived 1 hour early to avoid PPG. The adjuster informed me that he never once climbed on the roof to inspect the first time because he was intimidated with my neighbors dogs that were in their fenced in yard. Again, [redacted] only told me they would pay for half of the roof. Prior to [redacted] leaving Brandon arrived and informed him again that the entire roof needed to be replaced because of wind and hail damage. [redacted] again disagreed and stated that the last hail storm to hit [redacted] was in 2006. Clearly that wasn't accurate. After [redacted] left the house Brandon discussed the hail damage and issues. I then found some pictures and a radar screenshot a hail storm that hit my neighborhood in 2013. After talking to Brandon about it he gave me the contact number with [redacted] Insurance to report it. [redacted] then agreed to pay to total cost to replace the entire roof. If it wasn't for Brandon I would have only had half of my damaged roof replaced. The very next day the materials arrived to replace the roof along with new roof vents. PPG started on the project very quickly. A day later I had a new roof on the house and the yard was spotless. I am very pleased and proud of their work and highly reccommend their services to anyone.
ppg was great they took care of all the insurance work and gave me and my family a wonderful roof and free shingle upgrade at no charge their workmanship warranty is one of the best ive found I would highly recommend them to anybody whop needs or wants a roof
