I would like to reject the suppliers offer and submit the attached documentsAfter reading the reply from the supplier I have lost all trust in the company's honesty and integrityI have attached a couple of email chains pleading with the supplier to complete the work and honor their contractThey have not tried to get in touch with me as stated and the comments about agreeing with the change in materials is not accurateThe siding installer took responsibility for the mistake when we discussed the issue after the siding was installedAt this point I don't want them back on my property. My counter offer to them would be return my original deposit and everyone can get on with their livesI have also invested $in stain. I apologize if this reply causes any extra activity on your partThank you for your assistance if I need to do something different, please let me know
