Property Pros is poorly ran. They wanted to charge $11,000 to remove mold in my attic. After calling in a specialist and only spending $2500 I decided to give them another try. I asked them to come change my electrical box. I was on a time frame because I was selling a house. The owner wasted almost a week of my time to tell me he couldn't do it then when I found a way to pay now and have the work done after closing, he refused to help. Always call a specialist. Not a one man band company like property pros.

We apologize for the confusion but the quote you received for mold remediation included replacement of the roofing materials, decking structure, along with insulation as deemed necessary by our licensed expert remediation contractor.
Furthermore, when we quoted your electrical panel replacement, we had the availability. By the time you decided to move forward, we could no longer meet your deadline which is why we referred you to two other contractors. After said time, you proposed having us prepaid to replace the panel after you sold the property. Unfortunately, we do not operate this way. There is too much liability on our end as we explained.
Sorry if we fell short of your expectations and we wish you well at your new house.

My experience with Property Pros was outstanding. Their work is top quality at a reasonable price. I had them repair water problems in my basement. They repaired my foundation. Built a retainig wall under my deck. Put in a drainage system and covered it with rock. They also regrade my yard. They were quick, on time and they cleaned up after themselves. I'am more than satisfied with Property Pros and would recommend them for any job big or small.
