We spent about with this companyHorrible service they completely lack attention to detailOrdered a set of exterior doorsthe rep left and the job was dropped called three weeks later when the ordered doors were supposed to be in and they hadn't even been orderedreordered the doors and they got it wrong again, with them ordering the wrong swing on the dooranother weeks later finally the doors in and installedpart of the job was a wind mitigation reportthey did not complete, still trying to get them to scheduleCalled and asked to speak to owner someone else called back and said he was too busy to personally call backthis has been going on now for about months now totalpart of the reason I wanted to get this work done was the insurance savings its costing me approximately $in increased costs because of their failuresthis is the tip of the iceberg per say, they have failed in so many different ways to list in this review

We hired PRC to do a renovation of our home including a roofWe had to scale down our project because the price was too high for usThe roof job they did was great and they cleaned up well after it was doneWe were pleasedThen we had some doors to be hungThe guy who hung the doors did a lot of wall damage, broke a light, and damages some stuccoNo biggie- things happenExcept- his solution was to caulk all of this damage instead of fixing it properlyPRC sent out a dry wall guy to fix it and the dry wall guy did great workOverall- I would recommend PRC for roofing but I would not use them for anything elseThey did pay to replace the lightWe knew their prices were a little high but we were willing to pay because of the good reviews we readBut we are very glad we did have them do the entire renovationSo- I recommend PRC for roofing only

We spent about 30000 with this company. Horrible service they completely lack attention to detail. Ordered a set of exterior doors. the rep left and the job was dropped called three weeks later when the ordered doors were supposed to be in and they hadn't even been ordered. reordered the doors and they got it wrong again, with them ordering the wrong swing on the door... another 3 weeks later finally the doors in and installed. part of the job was a wind mitigation report. they did not complete, still trying to get them to schedule. Called and asked to speak to owner someone else called back and said he was too busy to personally call back. this has been going on now for about 6 months now total... part of the reason I wanted to get this work done was the insurance savings its costing me approximately $200.00 in increased costs because of their failures. this is the tip of the iceberg per say, they have failed in so many different ways to list in this review..
