We are so sorry that this has been an issueWe have a call center that is supposed to take your information when you call to get you off of the mailing listIt is not usually the same person that answers when you call a second time if the first person doesn't remove you properlyWe have had several issues with the VA and getting people submitted for removalYou are so right and I apologize for this nuisance! We had a former employee, not Matt, in house that put the property in question, online by accident (mixed it up with another) but has since been let goWe understand that it was wrong for us to not check our account for activity and we are sincerely sorryIts not okay for things like this to happen and lessons were learned from this We really want to make this right and have contacted the seller that we were formerly working with and have sent a gift card and such to her
