Contract was to reconstruct affected areas to pre loss conditions due to the fire in the courtyard I am writing regarding my concern because of the poor quality of the workmanship and the inexpensive replacements of the products that were in the unit prior to the fire I have visited the location on several occasions with Andrei A [redacted] of Property Solutions LLC to conduct preliminary inspections, and the deficiencies have not been addressed and its been months since the fire and one month after his deadline for completion of the project

I have visited the location on several occasions with Andrei A*** of Property Solutions LLC to conduct preliminary inspections, and the deficiencies have not been addressed and its been months since the fire and one month after his deadline for completion of the project

The work performed in Unit [redacted]) was discussed with the owner. All the selections were approved and selected by the owner before the order was made.  when the owner came and said that she does not like the wood in the foyer per her original selection we still went back and install...

the tile and didnt charge her anything. The owner sent us the links with the materials from [redacted] we purchased the items and after we installed she said that this is not what she sent us. The kitchen cabinets the owner said that we painted her old cabinets instead replacing them, we did replace the cabinets and we have the purchase receipt. The owner also is complaining about the fireplace, I asked her multiple times to send me the fireplace she would like to be installed. I also told her it has to be gas and surface mount all I got from the owner is mantle and that she wants logs in her fireplace as well. Property Solutions cant make the decisions for her she needs to pick one so we can install it. It looks like the owner made decisions and when she saw everything installed it was not what she expected and now she wants us to replace everything. We cant replace after the owner made selections and we purchased everything. I am rejecting this response because:
The inspector I got was because the business Property Solutions has no inspections on record to show that they inspected the propertyproperty is not ready for occupancy the business has continually violated the failure to fix deficiencies and submit paperwork to show they got the proper licenses to work as a contract company in DC. I the owner have requested this paperwork to no availDCRA has also completed an inspection of the property and I also added my inspectors paperwork to show that the deficiencieswere not corrected and one of the first things the contractor did was to seal the wall and enclose the gas line. The fireplace is still not in and we need inspection permits to show that he was given the OK to cap gas line in the wall and that it was ok to seal the electrical wires in the wall
