We have been a company for over years and we notice that this year the Assessor’s Office for every county in California, especially in Los Angeles and San Diego county, had been quite aggressive in their assessments and were reaching out to many people as possible to inform them of that change with the offer of our services
Attached with our mailer was a contract agreement that if signed would allow us to file the appeal on your behalf. Yes you are absolutely correct in your assumption. Any property tax payer is afforded the right to file an appeal to contest the assessment of their respective property
We, again, apologize for any misleading information in regards to the appeals process

Review: They are claiming my property taxes were raised too high and they will submit my assessment appeal . From what I think is correct; I could do that for myself for free.Desired Settlement: Please send a letter to them that says they are fraudulent in their claim and must cease these scare tactics immediately.

My taxes went up a certain percent. They are wrong by almost 2%.
