Property Tax Lock

I have owned my home in Tarrant County for years and the property taxes were about to drive me outThese fine people fought my property taxes and were able to get them reduced Thanks, Michelle

On May 18th I contacted the business and paid for their service (contesting the increase of taxes on my property)I have not heard from them ever since!!! On my account on their web page there is a message stating that the hearing they had was "scheduled or completed" and it seems like the deadline for hearings was NovemberI contacted the business via e-mail asking about the status of the hearing and what they have done about itI also asked for a refund if no proof of action was providedI DID NOT receive any answer to this email I sent on January 23rd 2018, except a contact confirmation e-mail At this point I would like a refund of the $that I paid them and an explanation of why they did not get in touch with me in any way Thank you Best regards, [redacted]

Property Tax Lock gave me free advice when other companies wanted to charge me a consultation feeI went to their Arlington office and they explained to me what I needed to do at the appraisal districtI recommend them

I paid Property Tax Lock to file a protest for me for the following properties:
*** *** ** *** ** *** and *** *** ** *** ** *** It has now come to my attention that Property Tax Lock only protested for *** *** **., as another previous agent I had, protested for *** *** **I have already called HCAD and verified this informationNow, they are charging me, when I already paid Property Tax Lock to handle this for meI have tried to call and email Property Tax Lock on several instances, with no successI am requesting a refund for the property at *** *** ***

After years of protesting my property taxes on my own with mixed results, I retained these consultants and could not be more pleased with the reduction of my property taxes and their level of expertiseWill be using them again and definitely recommend
