We have researched the complaint and noted that the new homeowner called in last week (the 27th) to request access to the club house.  This club house does not have a key, rather it has a finger print system.  This means, that we organize for the homeowner (and all those in the household...

that require entry) and the finger printing company to meet at the club house, to create finger prints and specific passcodes.  Our staff has been trying to schedule this appointment with the company and homeowner.We will work with the HOA board, and determine an easier way to get access into the clubhouse.  But at this time, it unfortunately requires appointments based on homeowners availability and finger printer.  Our office has been in touch this week, as well as last, to explain this to the homeowner and hopefully have a time set up soon with all parties.
