Review: The lease states you will receive your entire deposit back if you return the unit in the same manner you received it, minus normal wear and tear. Mine was, and I was still charged $98.69 for "cleaning fees" and "damages".

I have pictures of when I moved in and when I moved out to prove the unit was returned in exceptional condition. When asked for pictures of proof of services needed to take money from my deposit, they could not provide any. There was no need to keep $98.69 of my deposit for damages and cleaning when the unit was returned clean and not damaged.Desired Settlement: This is yet another example of property management companies taking advantage of tenants. I want the rest of my deposit back and if action is taken, hopefully it will keep them from taking advantage of anyone else.
