My husband and I had hired Frank to do some asbestos and lead testing on January 1, 2020. He came to our new house, ***. He did the testing around our house and took a couple of samples. He said he would submit the samples to the lab and give us a report by in a few days. He billed us for $890. We paid him through my credit card and received a receipt. January 2, 2020, we received an email stating that he had attached the asbestos sample lab analysis report, and will prepare and submit our formal asbestos and lead survey the next day. In the contract, it states that it will take 1 business day to receive a final analysis report after lab results. It's been 13 days, no final report. We called, texted, and emailed him for the past few days to try to get the final report. He has not picked up or responded to us. When we call, it goes directly to voicemail. We are pending on this report to continue on with our asbestos abatement. Without this report, we cannot not go forward. The payment included testing and formal results. He received the payment, but we never received the product (formal assessment of the testing samples) he had promised us.
