I took the Medication Aide class through Serenity Nurse Aide Academy the week of July 27-30, The instructor was excellent Very knowledgeable and receptive to her students My experience there was great and I was very well prepared for the state test I do, however, want to comment on a prior review given in which a student was asked to leave class Let me start off by say that there were students in class that date in addition to the instructor One of those students came into class at the tail end of the incident involving the instructor and the student I can honestly say that the instructor maintained her cool throughout the incident This all started when a student in class apparently made some typed of face at the instructor When the instructor questioned the young woman about this, she immediately became very belligerent, disrespectful and loud At this point the instructor advised her that disrespectful behavior was not to be tolerated in class and should she persist she would need to leave the class Again this young woman raised her voice and was again disrespectful After this young woman was made to leave the class, there was talk among the remaining students and I We were all shocked at the actions of this young woman and the inappropriateness of her response to the instructor I cannot honestly believe that any of those students would give this young woman a statement supporting her actions As for the instructor and Serenity Nurse Aide Academy, they are both excellent and highly recommended

I was enrolled in ***'s CMA class, on the second day of class *** turned to me in front of the entire class and said "*** loves me very much, You will never reign over me"Many of my class mates were confused by what she said and I was also confused by her comments so I asked her "What did I do to you?" she responded by telling me that she did not like my facial expressionI then told *** that I meant no disrespect by my facial expressionShe then shook her head at me and said "I am old enough to know if someone dose not like me, you will never ever reign over me, *** loves me so I don't care about what you think"*** then continued on about how she though my facial expression was disrespectful and that she would not tolerate disrespect.I responded to *** by letting her know that her comments were disrespectful and that I did not appreciate her commentsShe then asked me to leave the classI responded by telling her that I paid $for the class and I don't think it was fair that I had to leave because she did not like my facial expressionShe then threatened to call the police on me if I didn't leaveI told her if she gave me a full refund that I would leave with no problem*** left the class and we proceeded to the front office***'s husband began to apologize to me about the situationThe secretary gave me a $and explained to me that *** instructed her to charge me for the book and registration feeI asked to speak to someone else who was in charge, the secretary told me that *** was the instructor and the director so I did not have any other optionIm disappointed with the way this matter was handled it was very unprofessional in the future I plan on attending a more structured and professional class where certain individuals can be healed accountable for their actions

I took the CNA 1 course (4 weeks) at Sernity Nurse Aide Academy. The instructors were very knowledgable and prepared us well for clinicals/state exam. The staff is professional and wants the best for students. The facility is clean with a nice lab. I would recommend Serenity Nurse Aide Academy for those looking into a CNA course.

PropertyShark.com is using supposedly publicly available information to advertise its listings. They have improperly listed a picture of my home to represent a home four or five doors down the street as being for sale and under foreclosure. When I asked them to remove the picture since it is the wrong house they said they wouldn't do it. Also that they got the pic from Google Street View Maps and I would have to call Google to complain. I got in touch with Google (who are being extremely helpful in addition to following up on my complaint) and they have told me that they have only posted a view of the whole street which includes my house which is the first one on the block. I'm still working on the corrections but I would caution anyone using this website that they apparently do NOT verify their information, they make excuses if you call them on an error, and generally don't care about their screw-ups! If just ONE of these people ogling my home from the curb come to my door asking about a sale I swear I will sue them for blatant, fraudulent advertising!

I ask the contact person, [redacted], Customer Support Representative,to remove information from the following website[redacted], however her response was an email document requesting further private information such as block and lock, etc to remove information. I would like Property Shark to remove private information from data base and website. The private information is a violation of privacy, revealing personal financial disclosure, and is a risk factor for new opportunities or further invasion by unknown parties.Desired Settlement: I would like my name, [redacted], and home address [redacted] mortgage information removed from database and website, [redacted]
