The main issues were :
1)He promised a walk through at the end and it never happenedI had a couple of things I wanted him to see/ and possibly brainstorm ideas for a meter fixWe discussed having the meters put in so that they would be easy to read as I get olderThey are not easy to seeI think the employee was not thinking when he did them as it looked like it might be an easy fixYou pretty much have to take a picture with a cell phone or get a crick in your neck, when it looks like they could have just been installed vertically ( there is a portion of pipe going vertically just a few inches away) instead of
